Off The Beaten Trail

Hi! I am Lisa D’Oria and I created this blog to inspire people because I am inspired by travel and all that comes along with it.

My life has given me the opportunity to travel around the world.
At the start of my childhood, I rode show horses and competed internationally from the age of 6. I then began training Thoroughbred racehorses. I also had been signed on by Shiseido Cosmetics & Zoto’s International to become one of the first American hair models to travel with them throughout the Orient.

I then became a highly acclaimed gift basket designer and owned my own gourmet gift basket company.

Now I am blessed to be able to retire and travel. Follow me along through my journey of exploring every corner of the world!
